OPTIMUS IT SERVICES in Brussels seeks an experienced Strategic Communications Manager to translate complex business challenges into impactful communication strategies. You will lead large transformation programs, align senior stakeholders, and drive cross-functional execution in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in strategic communications, strong stakeholder management, and a Master’s degree in a related field, with fluency in multiple business languages for a banking

Drive transformation through strategic communication

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Communications Manager to support a leading organization in the banking sector.

This role is ideal for a senior communication professional who can translate complex business challenges into impactful communication strategies, build stakeholder alignment, and successfully deliver large-scale communication and transformation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise and challenge senior business stakeholders on complex communication topics.
• Develop and implement integrated communication strategies and programs.
• Lead large-scale communication, change, and transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment across the organization.
• Define communication frameworks, key messages, audience strategies, and activation plans.
• Manage scope, planning, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, change communications, or communication consulting.
• Proven experience leading large communication, transformation, or change programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience.
