Job summary

Otis, the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturer, seeks an FP&A Analyst BeLux to support the Belgium & Luxembourg organization from Groot-Bijgaarden. You will partner with local management to translate financial data into clear insights for commercial and operational decisions.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management cycles, collaborate with Sales, Field Operations and Finance leadership, and drive improvements in processes and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 3–5 years FP&A, Controlling or similar finance role.
• Strong analytical skills to explain figures.
• Effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and explain variances versus plan, forecast, and prior year.
• Translate numbers into narratives, delivering clear conclusions and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Challenge business assumptions and proactively flag risks and opportunities impacting P&L performance.
• Prepare and continuously improve management reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analyses for leadership teams.
• Partner independently with commercial and operational leaders to steer decision‑making and performance.
• Drive improvements in FP&A processes, tools, and data quality to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
