Job summary

BMW Group Belux seeks a finance professional to lead margin optimisation and budgeting for BMW Motorrad. You will coordinate forecasting, support monthly closings with Controlling and Accounting, and act as the financial partner for stakeholders and external auditors.

You will develop contribution margin reporting with local teams and BMW Headquarters, evaluate proposals, and contribute to analytics and IT finance projects. Fluent Dutch, French, and English are required, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in controlling, finance or business analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of financial and business processes.
• Strong organisational skills, resilience and the ability to manage priorities.
• A collaborative attitude with clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch, good command of French, and confidence communicating in English.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in financial decision-making processes focused on margin and profit optimisation for BMW Motorrad.
• Drive the annual budgeting process with high-quality, accurate and timely financial planning.
• Coordinate forecasting activities and support monthly closing processes in collaboration with Controlling and Accounting teams.
• Act as a key financial business partner for stakeholders across BMW Group Belux and be the main contact for external auditors.
• Develop and enhance contribution margin reporting and decision-making with local teams and BMW Headquarters.
• Evaluate commercial proposals from a financial perspective, considering profitability, budgets, risks and market conditions.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and finance-related IT projects that support innovation and business growth.
