Job summary

BMW Group Belux is seeking a Business Controller for BMW Motorrad to shape financial performance and support key business decisions. In the Financial Competence Centre, you will collaborate with stakeholders to optimise profitability and drive efficiency.

You will lead margin reporting, annual budgeting, and forecasting; coordinate monthly closings with Controlling and Accounting; and act as the main contact for external auditors.

• Relevant professional experience within a controlling, finance or business analysis environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of financial and business processes.
• Strong organisational skills, resilience and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• A collaborative attitude with clear communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in financial decision-making processes focused on margin and profit optimisation for BMW Motorrad.
• Drive the annual budgeting process, ensuring high-quality, accurate and timely financial planning.
• Coordinate forecasting activities and support monthly closing processes in close collaboration with Controlling and Accounting teams.
• Act as a key financial business partner for stakeholders across BMW Group Belux and serve as the main point of contact for external auditors.
• Develop and enhance contribution margin reporting and decision-making processes together with local teams and BMW Headquarters.
• Evaluate commercial proposals from a financial perspective, considering profitability, budgets, risks and market conditions.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and finance-related IT projects that support innovation and business growth.
