Grohe N.V - S.A in Belgium is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Belgium business. You will work closely with local management, provide financial insight, challenge performance, and help shape the commercial and financial agenda.

The role offers broad responsibility and exposure to Western Europe operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Finance and at least 5 years in sales control or similar, with experience in SAP and Google Workspace, and fluency in French, Dutch

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Controller or in a similar role.
• Experience with SAP and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive financial performance, transparency, forecast accuracy.
• Provide analytical, financial and business support to inform decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, actual reporting, forecasting and governance processes.
• Lead internal and external audit processes and statutory accounts.
