Job summary

Soudal Group, Europe’s leading sealants and adhesives producer, seeks a Regional Finance Coordinator to support and guide strategic subsidiaries from Turnhout. You will partner with local finance teams, drive SAP implementations, and lead process improvements across finance functions.

This role requires a Master’s in a relevant field, 5–10 years of experience, and the ability to travel internationally up to 50%. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch/Italian/Slovenian are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Financial Management, Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Accountancy or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in audit, controlling, finance management or corporate finance.
• Willingness to travel internationally (≈50%).
• Fluent in English; Dutch/Italian/Slovenian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support and business partnering to international subsidiaries.
• Coach and develop local finance and controlling teams.
• Support SAP implementations, automation initiatives and digitalization projects.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements across finance processes.
• Support integrations, transformations and organizational developments.
• Strengthen reporting, controlling and management information.
• Contribute to group-wide finance and controlling initiatives.
• Build connections between local finance teams, Group Finance and headquarters.
