LIMAGRAIN in Belgium seeks an experienced financial professional to lead the finance function within an international group. You will manage a small team, act as a strategic partner to the Country Manager, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.

You will be responsible for internal controls, compliance, and payroll administration, ensuring efficient financial operations and robust stakeholder communication. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in finance, accounting or controlling, preferably in a managerial position.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small financial team and ensure the efficient organization of the department.
• Act as financial sparring partner to support strategic decision-making by the Country Manager.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning.
• Manage financial reporting to the group and monitor internal controls and compliance.
• Take final responsibility for personnel and payroll administration.
