Deloitte Tax and Legal in Belgium seeks a Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Business Partnering team. You will translate financial data into insights, act as trusted partner to Partners, Directors and Managers, and support profitability and resource decisions across the Offering Portfolio.

You will own P&L narratives, lead monthly close, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and provide strategic advisory across the PDM-group with strong emphasis on governance and value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in financial controlling, financial analysis, or financial business partnering.
• Education: Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• Excel: expert-level skills (data modelling, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Language: Fluent in English; Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly financial close process with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and deliver P&L reports, variance analyses and dashboards.
• Lead planning, budgeting and reforecasting across units.
• Monitor cash and working capital to optimize liquidity.
• Provide insights into portfolio performance and cost drivers.
• Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for operational leaders.
