Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, EMEA Fleet Procurement based in Beerse, Belgium. The role oversees a 50% fleet program for about 6,000 vehicles across the EMEA region, reporting to the Global Category Leader Fleet.

You will develop the procurement strategy and drive financial, quality, service, and compliance targets in a hybrid Beerse-based setting. The role requires 8+ years of procurement experience, a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and strong leadership and communication skills,

Qualifications

University/bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
MBA/Advanced degree preferred.
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in procurement.
Leadership and communication skills are required.
Ability to prioritize requests and propose cost/customer service alternatives.
Strong relationship management at leadership level is required.
Sound judgment and creativity in resolving issues.

Responsibilities

Develop category strategy for Fleet Procurement in EMEA.
Engage with suppliers and senior leadership to align objectives on quality, reliability, cost.
Act as a business engagement leader delivering value improvements.
Collaborate with business partners to align long-range requirements.
Deliver on financial, service, reliability, and growth commitments.
Build deep supplier relationships and perform performance analysis.
