Johnson & Johnson in Beerse, Belgium, is recruiting a Manager, EMEA Fleet Procurement. The role offers a hybrid work model and leads 50% of the Fleet Program across EMEA, supporting ~6,000 vehicles.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in procurement, a university degree (MBA/advanced degree preferred), and strong skills in category management, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional leadership. Fluent English required.

Formación

• University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• MBA/Advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in procurement.
• Leadership, communication and collaboration skills are required.
• English fluency and ability to read/write effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead category strategy development and supplier management for the EMEA Fleet program.
• Engage with suppliers and senior leaders to align objectives on quality, reliability and cost.
• Act as a business engagement leader, delivering value improvements and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand long-range requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial and sustainability goals.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect business results.
