Johnson & Johnson in Beerse, Belgium, is seeking a Manager, EMEA Fleet Procurement to lead the fleet program across the region. You will oversee strategy, sourcing, contracting, and supplier partnerships for about 6,000 company vehicles, partnering with finance, sustainability, and senior leaders.

This hybrid role requires a University degree (MBA preferred) and 8+ years in procurement, with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience and proficiency in core Procurement areas.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing and collaboration skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Implement vision, strategy and plan for spend categories to enable long-range outcomes.
• Engage with suppliers and senior leadership to align objectives on quality and cost.
• Act as a business engagement leader to deliver value improvements and competitive advantage.
• Ensure alignment with business partners by understanding long-range requirements.
• Deliver on financial, service, reliability, and growth commitments.
