EAVI is seeking a Communications and Design Officer to coordinate content for its annual programme and EU projects (CERV, Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, EuropeAid). You will manage EAVI’s online presence, websites, social media, publications and newsletters by creating, editing, and publishing engaging audiovisual and textual content.

The role includes developing a long‑term communications strategy, supporting major events, and collaborating with project partners.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience in communications, design, or marketing.
• Experience in visual content creation and video editing, CMS, AI tools, and graphic design applications.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Solution‑oriented, proactive mindset with creative skills.
• Residence and work permit in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate EAVI’s content development and dissemination for yearly programmes and EU projects (CERV, Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, EuropeAid).
• Create, edit, and publish engaging audiovisual and textual content across platforms (videos, banners, infographics, blogs, newsletters).
• Develop and implement a long-term communications strategy and support international events (European Festival of Journalism and Media Freedom, Democracy and Information Festival).
• Collaborate with project partners and stakeholders; report to the General Manager.
