Greens/EFA Group Secretariat in Brussels is seeking an experienced Audiovisual (AV) expert to join the Communications Strategy team. You will create, edit, and manage video content for our digital channels, working with MEPs and staff to shape compelling AV material.

The role covers production, editing, asset management, and brand-consistent storytelling across platforms such as social media, with a focus on audience engagement and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional audiovisual experience.
• English plus another EU language.
• Experience producing content for online platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong video and audio editing skills.
• Sound design and audio mixing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and good working knowledge of After Effects.
• Experience with graphic design, animation and short-form content.
• Strong understanding of platform-native storytelling and audience engagement.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and creative development skills.

Responsabilités

• Video production, editing and publishing of audiovisual content for Greens/EFA Group’s digital channels.
• Manage AV assets across internal systems, website and online channels.
• Provide AV support to Communications team, stakeholders and MEP offices.
• Maintain brand identity and quality standards across all AV outputs.
• Monitor content performance and coordinate with social media team to optimize reach.
