Job summary

GSK in Belgium seeks a planning integration lead to align forecasts, capacity and inventory across CMOs and GSK supply teams. You will partner with planning, quality, regulatory and commercial teams to deliver data-driven plans and mitigate risks, helping to keep patient supply reliable.

You will build dashboards, run cross-functional workshops and drive standardisation across sites to boost reliability. A growth‑oriented role with exposure to senior stakeholders and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with 4+ years in supply chain or production planning.
• Experience with external manufacturers in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with planning/reporting tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional workshops and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated supply plans with CMOs and internal sites.
• Identify supply risks and lead mitigation with regulatory teams.
• Turn planning data into dashboards, reports and actionable insights.
• Run cross-functional meetings to align priorities and escalation routes.
• Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement with CMOs.
• Prepare governance materials for senior stakeholders and programme boards.
