Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to lead demand planning, production scheduling and inventory management for a European manufacturing network.

You will own end-to-end international supply chain processes, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, drive improvements in ERP-driven planning (SAP), and coach a small team while prioritising accuracy and timely delivery in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Demand/Production Planning or Logistics.
• Experience with international stakeholders and global networks.

Responsabilités

• Manage demand planning, production scheduling and inventory levels for materials.
• Translate sales requirements into production plans and MRP demands.
• Monitor stock, warehouse capacity and material availability; resolve bottlenecks.
• Analyze supply chain KPIs and reporting to drive improvements.
• Coordinate logistics and intercompany shipments across borders.
• Lead a team of three and drive standardisation and improvements.
