Job summary

PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Advisory team in the R&D & Quality area. You will lead complex clinical operations and portfolio strategy engagements, guiding clients on regulatory expectations and the optimization of operating models for trials and governance.

You will drive digital enablement and cross‑functional collaboration. The role requires 7–9 years in pharma/life sciences, a Master’s degree, and strong consulting experience.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in clinical operations, portfolio strategy or related roles within Pharma or Life Sciences.
• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, EU CTR, and global regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex clinical operations and portfolio strategy engagements for Pharma and Life Sciences clients.
• Provide expert guidance on clinical development processes and regulatory expectations.
• Design and optimize operating models for trial execution and portfolio governance.
• Support digital initiatives including CTMS, eTMF, RBQM platforms and analytics.
• Develop proposals, statements of work, and high‑quality deliverables.
