Qualifications

• 10+ years in captive insurance or related financial services
• Sales or business development experience preferred
• Experience in captive consulting/advisory is beneficial
• Strong understanding of captive insurance market and commercial drivers
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute business development activities to identify and progress captive solutions opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, intermediaries and Marsh stakeholders
• Support sales activity from lead generation through proposal development, presentation and negotiation
• Collaborate with captive consulting colleagues to shape client propositions
• Contribute to pipeline management, forecasting and reporting on activity and revenue outcomes
• Represent Marsh at meetings, events and industry forums to enhance market visibility and brand presence
• Support the broader team with market insight and client intelligence to drive growth
