Marsh Belux is seeking a Client Executive to manage and grow an existing client portfolio while identifying new revenue opportunities across the Flemish region. The role is based in Ghent (ideally) or Antwerp and is hybrid, requiring two to three days in the office each week.

You will maintain strong client relationships, collaborate with account teams, and drive sales growth through cross-selling and upselling while upholding compliance and delivering best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• A strong Corporate or mid-sized Commercial Insurance background with the ability to manage, retain and grow an existing portfolio of business.
• Cross-class knowledge including Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine and Financial Lines.
• A passion for elite client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
• Deliver sales and growth within your predefined area.
• Collaborate with other Account Management colleagues to execute on the growth and retention strategy and meet sales goals.
• Serve as a client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the client experience.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards.
