Marsh Belux seeks a Client Executive to manage and grow a client portfolio in the Flemish region. The role is hybrid, based in Ghent or Antwerp, with 2–3 days in the office weekly, and focuses on cross-selling and upselling Marsh's services to drive revenue and retention.

The ideal candidate has corporate or mid-sized commercial insurance experience and strong client service capabilities, ready to engage with stakeholders up to senior levels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and growing an existing client portfolio.
• Ability to cross-sell and upsell services to meet revenue targets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, up to senior executive level.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with clients and prospects to drive growth.
• Deliver sales and growth within predefined area (Flemish region).
• Collaborate with Account Management to execute growth and retention strategies.
