Allseas Group S.A. is seeking a Finance Business Partnering professional in Delft to steer CAPEX projects, build business cases and deliver robust forecasts and reporting. You will collaborate with Innovations and Technical departments and report to the Team Lead in Delft.

You will drive cost control, provide financial insights and support strategic decisions while maintaining close stakeholder engagement across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost/Capex control or similar finance role, preferably in large-scale or offshore projects.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Steer financial cycles (budget, forecast, actuals) on major CAPEX projects with project management.
• Deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic decisions via business cases.
• Define project structures, allocate budgets and manage cost control at project level.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and analyze budget deviations.
• Coordinate planning activities for complex investment projects.
• Provide day-to-day financial support to project teams and drive cost efficiency.
