Planet Pharma is seeking a Project Financial Partner to provide financial oversight across a portfolio of high-value CAPEX investments, typically exceeding €20M. You will safeguard project performance, governance and key investment decisions.

As the trusted finance partner to project teams, you will monitor budgets, cash flow, forecasts and risks, challenge senior stakeholders, and drive improvements across controls, reporting and governance with Engineering, PMO, Procurement and Finance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in Project Controlling, Project Financial Management or Cost Control.
• Experience supporting large, complex projects and capital investments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Independent, proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor budgets, commitments, cash flow and forecasts.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities and budget deviations.
• Challenge project teams to ensure governance and CAPEX policy compliance.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision making.
• Partner with Engineering, PMO, Procurement, Finance and Project Leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial controls, reporting and governance processes.
