Planet Pharma is seeking a Project Financial Partner to provide financial oversight across a portfolio of high-value CAPEX investments, typically exceeding €20M. You will safeguard project performance, governance and key investment decisions.

As the trusted finance partner to project teams, you will monitor budgets, cash flow, forecasts and risks, challenge senior stakeholders, and drive improvements across controls, reporting and governance with Engineering, PMO, Procurement and Finance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in Project Controlling, Project Financial Management or Cost Control.
• Experience supporting large, complex projects and capital investments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Independent, proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.

We're supporting a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation in the search for a Project Financial Partner to provide financial oversight across a portfolio of high-value CAPEX investments, typically exceeding €20M.

What You'll Be Doing

As a trusted financial partner to project teams, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding project performance, ensuring robust governance, and providing valuable insights that support key investment decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring project budgets, commitments, cash flow and forecasts
• Identifying financial risks, opportunities and budget deviations
• Challenging project teams to ensure compliance with governance and CAPEX policies
• Providing financial analysis and reporting to support decision making
• Partnering with Engineering, PMO, Procurement, Finance and Project Leadership teams
• Driving continuous improvement across financial controls, reporting and governance processes

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years' experience in Project Controlling, Project Financial Management or Cost Control
• Experience supporting large, complex projects and capital investments
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting
• Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and risk management capabilities
• SAP experience preferred (or strong ERP experience)
• Independent, proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
