Sander Brussels, a Belgian technology group, seeks a Finance Controller to combine reporting, business partnering, BID management and process optimisation. You will translate financial data into clear analyses and drive operational efficiency.

You’ll monitor results, prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and budgets, and collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Back Office to influence financial decisions and improve ERP/CRM processes.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting and controlling.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable with Excel and interested in business processes and systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor financial results and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, budgets and cash-flow forecasts.
• Translate financial data into clear analyses and recommendations for management.
• Coordinate BID Management activities, including public tenders, deadlines and administrative follow-up.
• Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales and Back Office while supporting the organisation of more complex dossiers.
• Improve financial, administrative and business processes, including the further optimisation of ERP and CRM systems.
