Challenge Airlines (BE) S.A. seeks an experienced Business Application Analyst to optimize processes and implement technology-driven improvements across the organization.

You will analyze current workflows, design streamlined solutions, and drive integration of multiple systems while championing change management and user adoption. The role requires 5+ years in business applications, strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills, and familiarity with HTML basics and WordPress

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Application specialist or similar role focusing on process optimization.
• Strong ability to analyze, design, and improve business processes and systems.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow automation, and technology integration.
• Understanding of sales, finance, and operations functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication.
• Basic HTML development capabilities and WordPress site management.
• Certifications in business process optimization or project management are desirable.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus, especially in marketing automation/CRM contexts.
