almavivadebelgique is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to align strategic goals with stakeholder expectations in Brussels. You will elicit and document business needs, translate them into BRDs and user stories, and model current and target processes with a focus on value streams and capabilities.

You will map As-Is vs To-Be states, identify gaps, and support solution design with clear acceptance criteria, UAT, and change management. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of information systems matters.
• Good knowledge of system to system integrations (APIs).
• Knowledge of analysis and modelling techniques, including user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, state diagrams, and entity relationship models.
• Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
• Good knowledge of diagramming, modelling and wireframing tools (e.g. UML, BPMN, Microsoft Visio, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Axure, Pencil).
• Experience with collaboration platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of software development and governance methodologies, including Agile, SAFE, Scrum, and ITIL.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira or GitLab, including backlog practices (epics, user stories).

• Elicit, validate, and document business needs with structured techniques.
• Translate business requirements to BRDs, FS, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create visual representations of workflows to support solution design.
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT.
• Maintain requirements traceability and manage change requests.
• Document non-functional requirements alongside functional ones.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among stakeholders, developers, and testers.
