EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Brussels, Belgium based team. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, identifying business needs and shaping solutions while collaborating with client IT teams on site.

The successful candidate will contribute to Vision and Business Case documents, model business processes and support the software development lifecycle with clear requirements and documentation. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT combined with 15 years IT experience.
• Experience in product scope definition, requirements elaboration, experience in negotiation with actors from the business and IT community, as well as technical knowledge in specific areas (e.g. UML modelling).
• Experience with large organisation administrative business processes.
• Experience with iterative project management methodologies (e.g. Agile).
• Excellent knowledge of business analysis, modelling, tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship model etc).
• Ability to give business and technical presentations.
• Excellent command of the English language.

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
• Identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems;
• Create Vision and Business Case documents or contribute in developing Vision and Business Case documents;
• Functional requirements and business cases analysis;
• Create and maintain documentation of business requirements and solutions using appropriate documentation standards;
• Provide input for the software development process;
• Requirements/needs management and tracking;
• Modelling business processes;
• Risk analysis.
