Job summary

Craftzing is seeking a medior/senior Business Analyst to bridge client ambitions and digital solutions. You’ll transform complex business challenges into roadmaps, process models, and success metrics, aligning multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

You’ll gather requirements through workshops and interviews, turn them into user stories and acceptance criteria, analyze workflows, and guide change adoption to drive measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in digital environments.
• Ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans.
• Excellent English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between client stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear collaboration and alignment.
• Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and research, turning them into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and improve existing workflows, and design future processes that guide platform, app, or service development.
• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and prioritized backlogs.
• You translate business strategies into clear, unambiguous business requirements.
• Support solution validation and user acceptance testing, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
