Job summary

Craftzing is seeking a (Digital) Strategist / Business Architect to guide tomorrow's digital experiences by turning ambiguity into clarity and aligning stakeholders across the organization.

You will translate long-term vision into concrete strategies, lead workshops, and shape value propositions, roadmaps and business cases in close collaboration with clients. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, French a plus.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a senior-level strategist with a consulting mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to map external context and internal processes.
• Synthesize findings into clear, visual summaries for stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and ideation sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define the product/service value proposition from customer needs.
• Translate propositions into tangible concepts and high-level wireframes.
• Build a business case to validate financial feasibility.
• Define an actionable, phased roadmap for deployment.
• Present and defend strategies to all levels, including C-suite.
• Collaborate with the team to refine solutions across the project lifecycle.
