Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Business & Functional Analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with UML modeling tools or business process tools.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Create detailed project plans and timelines.
• Write functional specifications for data processing chains.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Support and coordinate stakeholders and project delivery.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Write user and business guides and design training materials.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
