SII Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with clients, gather and translate business needs into technical solutions within Agile teams across Energy, Aerospace, Banking and Telecom sectors. The role emphasizes strong analysis, communication, and stakeholder coordination.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a Business & Functional Analyst role.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and French or Dutch.
• Familiarity with UML modeling and SQL databases.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Create detailed project plans and timelines.
• Write functional specifications for data processing.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate stakeholders and support project development.
