OPTIMUS IT SERVICES invites applications for a Business/Data Analyst role in Belgium. You will drive analysis from ideation to delivery, map data flows and user roles, and validate requirements with product owners and SMEs.

You will ensure traceability, support impact analysis, and translate requirements into test conditions for product and UAT testing. The position requires 4+ years in BA or DA, strong SQL and MS Office skills, and knowledge of agile methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis.
• Experience with conceptual data modelling techniques and methods.
• Good knowledge of IT testing and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of workflow and business processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive business analysis from ideation to delivery, including business case development and requirements management.
• Analyze and map data flows, user roles, processes, and data usage.
• Identify data issues and define target solutions and relevant use cases.
• Work with Product Owners, architects, and SMEs to validate requirements and ensure business and technical alignment.
• Maintain requirements traceability and support impact analysis.
• Translate business requirements into test conditions for product, performance, and UAT testing.
• Support data architecture design, solution validation, and quality reviews.
• Coordinate testing, change management, and solution delivery.
• Create and support reports and dashboards.
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
