Wave Search is recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Northern France within the building technology space. You will build relationships with engineers, architects and developers to influence early-stage specifications and shape tender outcomes.

The role emphasizes market-building over traditional sales and offers a base salary in the €80,000–€95,000 range with bonus, company car or mobility budget and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B project sales experience
• Experience in building automation, smart buildings or related sectors is preferred
• Proven ability to influence consultants, engineers and other technical decision-makers

Responsabilités

• Develop new business and strategic accounts across the Benelux
• Build relationships with consultants, architects, developers and installers
• Influence early-stage technical specifications in major building projects
• Grow existing customers into long-term, repeat-project relationships
• Introduce BOS/software propositions alongside established building technologies
• Identify new sectors, projects and partnerships in the market
• Translate trends and regulations (EPBD, BREEAM, WELL) into opportunities
• Manage pipeline, forecast and overall commercial activity
