Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors, who define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive measurable adoption for enterprise customers. You'll work as part of a delivery team alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, translating complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments that go live and generate real value.

Engagements are typically 12 weeks or less and may span a single strategic account or multiple customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years leading strategic solutions or delivery for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Experience with public sector, higher education, or nonprofit environments.
• Customer-facing delivery experience required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and Data Cloud is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and architecture; lead design sessions.
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and communications.
• Own adoption, measurement, and expansion within engagements.
• Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Develop customer solutions with AI tools.
• Manage government, nonprofit, or education stakeholders.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management.
• Provide actionable product feedback for platform roadmap.
