Job summary

Bluecrux is seeking a Senior Manager to lead logistics transformation programs across the life sciences sector. You’ll guide teams, shape project plans, and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to deliver value.

Strong track record in commercial development and account management.

Responsibilities

Lead logistics transformation projects from strategy to implementation.
Coordinate project plan, approach and team setup.
Design and redesign logistics processes, systems and ways of working.
Facilitate workshops with clients to identify needs and operating model changes.
Structure analyses, identify risks, and support decision-making in dynamic projects.
Serve as day-to-day contact for senior client stakeholders.
Coach consultants and foster collaboration and delivery performance.
Ensure deliverables are clear and actionable for decision makers.
Grow existing engagements and identify new opportunities.
Travel regularly to client sites for delivery and workshops.
