Job summary
Bluecrux is seeking an Account Manager to grow a portfolio of clients and drive long-term commercial success in supply chain planning transformation. You will work with consultants to deliver end-to-end initiatives, expand engagements, and act as the trusted commercial contact for clients.
The role requires 8–10 years of consulting experience, strong planning know-how, and travel readiness in a hybrid setup.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in supply chain or related commercial consulting.
- Master’s degree required.
- Experience managing client relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
- Strong planning knowledge: S&OP, IBP, demand/supply, inventory.
- Familiar with Anaplan, Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP.
- Commercial mindset with relationship focus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English; able to travel globally; hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of clients with long-term relationship focus.
- Drive account expansion and identify new opportunities.
- Sell end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Act as the main commercial contact for clients.
- Collaborate with on-site delivery teams to align and uncover growth.
- Translate client needs into value-driven solutions.
- Support proposals, workshops, and client discussions.
- Maintain pipeline with proactive follow-up to sustain momentum.
- Contribute to lead generation and selectively open new accounts.
