Payflip is hiring a Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our product team in Belgium. You'll work across the fullstack spectrum—frontend, backend, infra and possibly mobile—collaborating with PMs, the CTO and other engineers to push our salary platform forward.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency across frontend, backend, and infra; some mobile exposure is a plus.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work autonomously.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong collaboration with product teams and CTO.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to end-to-end product development across squads.
• Own parts of the codebase and help shape engineering culture.
• Balance rapid delivery with maintainable, well-tested code.
