Payflip, a Belgian salary super app maker, seeks a Product Manager to own the Flex product. You’ll be the first dedicated PM on Flex, balancing strategic work with improving experience for 50,000+ employees and HR teams.

You’ll join a product team that ships end-to-end, collaborating with engineers, designers and the CPO to deliver on a bold roadmap. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in product or related roles.
• Ability to understand complex systems and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Excellent written communication and ability to document trade-offs.

Responsabilités

• From Flex to Salary: lead migration of HR-admin tool into full salary platform.
• Own a continuous improvement backlog driven by data, feedback and instincts.
• Reduce support burden by targeting product gaps and high-leverage capabilities.
