Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences in our Maasmechelen store. You will oversee opening and closing procedures, coach team members on products and promotions, and push daily sales toward goals. This role offers growth alongside a dynamic, global team.

You’ll bring 2–3 years of retail experience, a passion for retail, and strong communication skills to lead by example and maintain store standards, stock, and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience; preference for candidates with store leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours; regular attendance essential.
• Passion for creating memorable shopping experiences for all consumers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs' service model.
• Lead and support store team; oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Educate team on products, promotions, and POS processes.
• Coordinate store operations across departments; manage stock and visuals.
• Support sales targets and promotions; drive loyalty program enrolment.
• Set a positive example and collaborate with Store Management to improve KPIs.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies and inventory control procedures.
