Crocs, Inc. in Belgium seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver world-class service. You will open/close, train the team on product knowledge and promotions, and drive daily sales to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience.
• Experience in store leadership preferred.
• Fluent in local language and English (spoken and written).
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the store’s service model.
• Lead the store team to meet sales, service and performance targets.
• Open and close procedures and manage daily store activities.
• Educate team members on product knowledge and promotions.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure visuals, pricing and stock are optimized.
• Monitor POS and inventory processes, and maintain cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Uphold Asset Protection policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
