Crocs, Inc. in Belgium is seeking an experienced retail leader to guide store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the store team, drive sales and KPIs, manage product flow, and uphold Crocs' values across daily activities.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and champion a welcoming, inclusive culture while optimizing schedules, stock, and reporting to fuel growth and loyalty.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of total retail experience, preferably with previous Store Manager experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge, empower, and drive team results.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language to connect with store team members and partners.
• Proven success with setting and delivering store KPIs and building customer loyalty.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using the store's service model.
• Leads the store team in surpassing performance metrics including sales and consumer service.
• Apply analysis and reporting to identify opportunities within the store.
• Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and standards.
• Foster an inclusive environment that promotes internal growth and talent network.
• Coordinate, delegate, and meet store deadlines with follow-up on activities.
