Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the team in delivering the brand mission and empowering women through fashion.

You will work in close partnership with the Store Manager to achieve store productivity, manage payroll and expenses, and coach a high-performing team of Stylists with a focus on customer service and results.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
