KEYES in Herstal (Liège), Belgium, invites a Master’s student to join the Data & AI Business Unit as an intern, supporting product management, adoption strategy, and change management for SophIA. You will collaborate across IT, HR, Finance, Marketing and other departments to define user stories, KPIs and training materials.

You will design an internal AI adoption plan, participate in design thinking sessions, and assist in creating sales tools and KPI reports.

About The Mission

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic student to join our Data & AI Business Unit as an intern.

As part of its ongoing development in Artificial Intelligence, KEYES is offering an internship within its Data & AI team (90 employees).

This internship is part of an intrapreneurship initiative and has two main objectives:

• Actively contribute to the development of SophIA, an in-house Artificial Intelligence solution.
• Drive its adoption among employees across the entire organization.

You will be supervised by the SophIA Product Manager, with direct support from the Head of Data & AI on adoption and training-related matters.

YOUR ROLE

As an intern, you will play a key role across product management, business development and change management.

Research & Analysis

• Monitor market trends and help position SophIA.
• Identify employees' motivations and potential barriers to AI adoption.
• Conduct internal interviews with colleagues from IT, HR, Finance, Marketing and other departments.
• Analyze existing AI initiatives and projects.

Product Development & Co-Creation

• Participate in design thinking workshops.
• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to prototyping (MVP) and iterative product improvements.
• Coordinate interactions between technical, business and marketing teams.

Adoption & Change Management

• Design an internal AI adoption strategy.
• Develop training programs (e-learning, workshops and webinars).
• Create educational materials (guides, videos and FAQs).
• Define and implement KPIs to monitor adoption, employee satisfaction and usage.

Sales & Business Support

• Develop a sales toolkit (product fact sheets, key selling points and an AI glossary).
• Build a commercial pitch, including presentations and content for internal communication and social media.
• Collaborate with the presales and marketing teams.

Reporting & Project Management

• Organize a final demonstration (dry run).
• Present the results to the steering committee.
• Produce structured deliverables (reports, presentations and supporting tools).

Job Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a Master's student with a strong interest in innovation and AI.

• University Master's degree: in Business Engineering, Management Engineering, Marketing or an equivalent field.
• An academic focus on innovation, digital transformation or Data & AI would be an asset.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work on cross-functional topics combining business and technology.
• Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and business-oriented.
• Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn.

Internship Duration

• Minimum of 2 months.
