KEYES in Herstal (Liège), Belgium, invites a Master’s student to join the Data & AI Business Unit as an intern, supporting product management, adoption strategy, and change management for SophIA. You will collaborate across IT, HR, Finance, Marketing and other departments to define user stories, KPIs and training materials.

You will design an internal AI adoption plan, participate in design thinking sessions, and assist in creating sales tools and KPI reports.

Qualifications

• Master's student with strong interest in innovation and AI.
• Academic focus on innovation, digital transformation or Data & AI is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends to position SophIA effectively.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria; contribute to MVP prototyping.
• Coordinate interactions between technical, business and marketing teams.
• Design internal AI adoption strategy and KPIs to monitor usage.
• Create sales toolkit and content for internal communication and social media.
