Pauwels Consulting is seeking an Expert Agile Programme Manager in Brussels to lead a public-sector automation-focused release train. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team, manage dependencies, and align with the organizational roadmap while enforcing architecture and security standards.

The role requires 8+ years in program/project management and strong experience in Agile practices, backend modernization, and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program & Project Management, including scoping, resource planning and budget management.
• 8+ years with Agile collaboration models within complex or public sector environments.
• Proven experience in Backend service digitalization and automation initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise in People Management within a non-hierarchical project context.
• Solid background in governance, risk management, and reporting techniques.
• Ability to coach junior profiles and facilitate sustainable knowledge transfer.
• Pragmatic, hands-on, and polyvalent approach to problem-solving.
• Active knowledge of French and Dutch.

Responsabilités
