Job summary

CES nv in Asse and Tielt-Winge seeks a Specialist Engineer to advance sustainable building projects. You will design and dimension HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, coordinating with project managers, architects and clients to ensure quality, timing and budget adherence.

Your profile combines a solid technical background with a hands-on mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. English is required; Dutch/French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Engineering (installation technology or construction) or equivalent experience.
• Interest in innovation, energy efficiency and sustainable construction.
• Ability to deliver tailored technical solutions and manage deadlines.
• Structured, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with MS Office; English required; Dutch/French a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from design to execution within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Design and dimension installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) with project team.
• Prepare cost estimates for facilities under consideration.
• Coordinate integration of various specialist systems for optimal results.
• Participate in meetings with architects, clients and project managers.
• Supervise on-site during construction and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and ongoing professional development.
