CES is a family-driven engineering office with over 70 specialists, spread across 4 offices. We are looking for a Specialist Engineer for our Asse and Tielt-Winge branches to deliver smart, sustainable solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.

You will own projects from design to execution, coordinating with project managers and architects, while maintaining relationships with clients and partners. A Dutch language skill is required, with English/French as a plus.

Qualificações

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Engineering (installation technology or construction), or equivalent expertise.
• Interest in innovation, rational energy use and sustainable construction.
• You are driven by delivering innovative, sustainable, and tailor-made technical solutions.
• You work in a structured way, listen well and take responsibility.
• You can work independently, but also fit well in a team.
• You are eager to learn and keep up with developments in your field.
• You communicate easily and understand the commercial side of projects.
• You know the different project phases and how they connect.
• You manage your time well and respect deadlines.
• You work smoothly with MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of Dutch is a must; knowledge of English and French is a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Following a thorough onboarding, you take ownership of projects from design to execution, ensuring they run smoothly on quality, timing and budget.
• You study and execute projects within the agreed timelines and budgets.
• You design and dimension technical installations (HVAC, electrical and plumbing) in close collaboration with the project manager, the design project leader and other engineers.
• You prepare cost estimates for the facilities under consideration.
• You coordinate the integration of various specialist systems to ensure an optimal result.
• You take part in meetings with architects, clients and project managers.
• You supervise projects on site during the construction phase.
• You represent CES in a professional way towards clients and partners.
• You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and contractors.
• You contribute to the internal growth and knowledge sharing within CES.
• You keep your technical knowledge up to date through relevant training
