Job summary

PRG is seeking a Sound Technician to join the warehouse team in Tildonk, Belgium. You will prepare, test and maintain audio equipment to ensure every order meets quality standards and is ready on time.

Reporting to the Head of Department - Sound, you will work with colleagues to support production needs, update orders in WinHits, and keep a clean, safe workspace while staying current with training and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience handling audio equipment and related gear.
• Ability to prepare, test, and maintain equipment before dispatch.
• Familiarity with LEAN processes and safety procedures in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, check and test audio equipment before dispatch and after return.
• Prepare audio orders according to production requirements and verify software versions.
• Identify faults and report issues; assist with maintenance and repairs.
• Update equipment orders in WinHits and flag shortages.
• Support stock checks and maintain accurate equipment records.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment; participate in training.

Your role

As a Sound Technician, you will prepare, test and maintain audio equipment in our warehouse. Reporting directly to the Head of Department - Sound, you will work with the team to ensure every order meets our quality standards and is ready on time.

Your responsibilities

Prepare, clean, check and test audio equipment before dispatch and following its return.

Prepare audio orders according to each production's requirements, checking software versions and equipment settings.

Identify faults, report technical issues and assist with routine maintenance and repairs.

Update equipment orders in WinHits and flag equipment or consumable shortages.

Support stock checks and help keep equipment records accurate.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment, following our LEAN processes and safety procedures.

Keep your technical knowledge up to date and participate in relevant training.
