Tekst is hiring a senior software engineer to mentor teams and drive scalable system design. You will shape architecture, influence open standards, and optimize performance while collaborating with product and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of practical software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS).
• Deep experience in Nodejs and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of HTTP-based API consumption.
• Deep system design experience with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies.
• Excellent mentorship and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Mentor at all levels: provide constructive feedback, conduct code reviews, and offer technical guidance to junior engineers and peers
• Help with System Design: participate in designing and implementing systems, and optimize current ones for performance and cost efficiency
• Bring your best practices: champion software development standards, testing methodologies, and efficient development processes
• Strategic vision: participate in defining project roadmaps, contribute to risk assessment and execution, and ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional product teams to understand and translate requirements into solutions
