Philips is seeking a Solution Architect to serve as the design authority for healthcare solutions in the Belgium region. You will translate customer needs into scalable, secure, and interoperable designs, orchestrating specialists to prepare each solution for delivery and handover.
You will own portfolio design readiness, define architecture, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Engineering to drive design quality and successful customer outcomes.
The Solution Architect (SA) is the design authority for the solution for the portfolio in your zone. The SA translates customer and business needs into complete, useable scalable and executable solution designs, and remains accountable for design quality from opportunity through delivery and service handover. The role creates structure, makes architectural decisions and orchestrates the specialists required to prepare each solution successfully.
The SA is accountable for orchestration, architecture, framework governance, design quality, validation requirements and portfolio readiness. The SA is not the default owner of routine installation, configuration, troubleshooting, incident handling, administration or operational support, but is a critical directional role by delivering key design and validation deliverables for the portfolio and individual complex projects. Other executional project delivery or service activities remain with the relevant delivery and or service teams, under the architectural direction and controls established by the SA.
