Job summary

Philips is seeking a Solution Architect to serve as the design authority for healthcare solutions in the Belgium region. You will translate customer needs into scalable, secure, and interoperable designs, orchestrating specialists to prepare each solution for delivery and handover.

You will own portfolio design readiness, define architecture, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Engineering to drive design quality and successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in solution architecture in healthcare or related fields.
• Formal degree as stated above.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture across products, IT infra and integrations.
• Experience documenting architecture and statements of work (SoWs).
• Experience leading cross-functional solution development and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent English and French language skills; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own portfolio design readiness, maintaining end-to-end view and closing gaps.
• Serve as design authority, decide on architecture and ensure scalability, security, interoperability.
• Engage in pre-sales from a design perspective and orchestrate solution demos and customer alignment.
• Improve architecture, validation frameworks, and SoWs; ensure complete handover to delivery teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Engineering and Service for complete designs at customer sites.
